Plein Air Painters on Location

Sunday, June 5th 10am to 12 noon	Plein air artists will be at the Hanalei Pier doing what is called a “paint out”. The public will be able to watch and interact with 13 plein air artists as they work on painting in and around the Hanalei Pier. Painters will be in Hanalei for the day painting scenic landscapes. Come meet these talented artists and learn about what goes into this style of artwork.
Thursday, June 9th	Artists will find spots on the West and South side of Kauai. Spouting Horn or perhaps the over look into Lawai valley, as well as scenic points in the Hanapepe area, and around Poipu. Times to be announced. Keep checking this website.
Saturday, June 11th 9am to 11am	“Quick draw” in Lihue at Kalapaki Bay. There are many interesting perspectives for our 13 artists to choose from. Come and enjoy the landscapes and views and see how a painting comes to life.
3pm to 6:30pm	There will be an opportunity to purchase artwork at Grove Farm museum starting at 3pm on Saturday, June 11th.
